Shipping policy

All orders ship from our Toronto facility.

Processing time
Orders are checked and packed within 1 to 2 business days. If anything in your order is short, we contact you the same day rather than letting you wait.

Delivery time
2 to 5 business days after your order ships. Most Canadian orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days of being placed. Remote and northern addresses can take longer.

Carriers
We ship with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator and FedEx. The carrier is selected for each order based on destination and parcel size. Your carrier and tracking number are emailed as soon as the label is created.

Shipping cost
Free shipping on orders over $99 within Canada. Orders under $99 are charged at the rate shown at checkout. Samples are included with every order.

United States orders
We ship to the United States. Rates are shown at checkout. Any duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the amount you pay at checkout.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel is labelled. If you have not received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, email info@yourskinsolution.ca and we will find out where it is.

Returns
Returns are covered in our Refund Policy. The return window is 7 days from the delivery date.
