ONLINE RETURNS

Canadian online purchases may be returned by mail for a full refund to the original method of payment (less shipping costs) within 7 days of delivery date.

Your item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Please note all returns are subject to validation and approval by ESTHETIC SKIN SOLUTIONS and that we reserve the right to limit or refuse a return, in its sole discretion.

Sales are final on all gift cards and sale/promotional items.

All shipping and duty charges are non-refundable. Any shipping or duty costs are at your expense for any items returned by mail.

RETURN IN THE MAIL

  1. To return your order in the mail, please send an email to info@yourskinsolution.ca with order number & reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping your return to us.
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm either the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If approved, your return will be processed and your refund will processed back to the original method of payment.
  4. Please ensure that all items are packed and sealed securely using the original packaging, if possible; and that your original invoice or order confirmation email is included. All items must be in their original packaging and have original tags attached (if applicable).

You May Not Receive A Refund If...

If you return an item that is damaged, without authorization, not in its original packaging, or if the item is not returned in a timely manner following the issuance of your return authorization number, your return will not be processed.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Esthetic Skin Solutions always aims to keep our website up-to-date, unfortunately, sometimes due to high demand an item may be out of stock or unavailable. In the event this should happen our team will contact you via e-mail to confirm if you would like the order shipped incomplete and update you on the requested product arrival time. If not, our team is happy to help you find a replacement product. You may also sign-up on an individual product page to be notified when the product is back-in-stock.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately at info@yourskinsolution.ca and we will resolve the issue for you.

SHIPPING

ESTHETIC SKIN SOLUTION offers complimentary standard shipping on orders of $100 or more (not including discounts and tax).

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently only ship to Canadian and US addresses, excluding PO Boxes.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post. They will be shipped within 1-5 business days and depending on where you live, can take an additional 2-7 business days to arrive. Orders are shipped on business days only, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Shipping rates and details are as follow:

Standard - estimated delivery within 2-7 business days from processing of the order *$7.95 CDN, plus applicable taxes
Free for orders over $100 CDN (excluding discounts and taxes)


*Electronic gift cards purchased online do not count towards complimentary shipping*

*Delivery times are subject to change depending on shipping location.

Orders do not require a signature for delivery.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. Expedited delivery may only available for select locations.

At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.

Please note that certain items which are considered hazardous materials by regulatory authorities (e.g. pressurized spray cans, fragrance, etc.) can only be shipped via ground shipping due to air transport regulations.

TAXES

All taxes will be applied subject to applicable federal and provincial tax legislation.
